So you want to be a model? Here's where you start...

Modeling is not easy, but it can be an amazing experience even if you don't make it very far.  One of the best ways to increase your chances of being a success (beyond meeting all the age limits, body measurement requirements, and having an amazing look) is to approach modeling as a business, not a hobby or something fun to do.  Professionals in the business want to work with models who behave like professionals.  How do you do that?  Preparation.  Preparing for each shoot will make a huge difference in the photographs produced and this will delight the photographer, the client, and everyone else that is so critical to your success.

So, what if you aren't a model yet?  This is for you even more than those who are already in the business.  Starting good habits early (like, now) and behaving like a seasoned pro will vastly improve your odds of booking additional work in the future.  The modeling industry is constantly on the prowl for the new faces and you want it to be yours, right?  Follow my advice and you will be on your way to meeting your fullest potential and, maybe, your dreams.
